My name is Noah Compton and I am a certified leadership speaker and coach through the John Maxwell Team. My goal is to help youth to develop the skills they need to make an impact in the world around them.
I have over half a decade of intensive leadership experience through the Civil Air Patrol and John Maxwell Team. I have experience leading activities with hundreds of participants and have received training from some of the world's top leadership experts.
I would like to help you find your leadership voice by sharing the knowledge that I have gained. There is a leader within all of us, we just need to let the leader out.
Noah's passion is for teaching and inspiring. He offers programs and speaking engagements to share some valuable lessons about leading and encourage aspiring young leaders.
