About Me

Noah Compton

Youth Development Coach

Along the way I learned about John Maxwell and his mission to change the world. I joined the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team and earned my certification. I now work as an ambassador for the MLCT and my goal is to change the lives of young leaders by giving them the tools to lead and accomplish their dreams.

I believe that everyone has the ability to make their goals a reality. My mission is to help young men and women do so by teaching them about leadership, communication, self-development and more.

My name is Noah Compton and I am a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach. I have been on a long journey to get to this point and I would like to share a small portion of that with you.

I was homeschooled by my parents and thus was allowed to focus my studies on areas that interested me. This typically included logic problems and philosophical discussions with people many years my seniors.

At the age of 12 I was given the opportunity to learn about leadership through the Civil Air Patrol. I fell in love with studying leadership and practicing it within CAP. I rose through the program and gained experience as a project manager and leader, eventually earning the highest achievement in the program, the General Carl A. Spaatz Award.
